Available North Alabama sites feature one-stop environmental permitting and no non-attainment areas obstructing growth.

As a net exporter of TVA electricity, North Alabama has abundant and reliable electricity available at competitive rates. Also plentiful is our industrial water access from more than 200 miles of navigable waterway, our extensive rail access served by CSX and Norfolk Southern, and our natural gas infrastructure fed by 24” and 36” transmission lines. Additional industrial gasses are available as well as a mature network of support industries, an experienced workforce, and training programs designed for chemical processes.
